AMS Manager is the core module in the Asbestos Management Suite of software products. This user-friendly and highly configurable application has been designed to help you manage asbestos data, no matter how simple or complex your property.

AMS Manager is a comprehensive asbestos management information system, which fully supports recording and storage of all asbestos survey findings, performing risk assessments to HSG264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide standards managing remedial actions, including budgeting, management reporting, and many other useful features and functionality. AMS 7 Manager is available in Professional and Enterprise Editions.

The application can be installed in many configurations from a single user on a standalone PC to a multi-user Local Area Network. The Enterprise Edition that runs on a MS SQL Server database can also be installed on a multi-site Wide Area Networks environment.

AMS Manager is designed to help you record data from your asbestos surveys for different survey types including visual, sampled and referred. AMS Manager will keep your asbestos register up to date, whether it is when properties are re-inspected or remedial work has been carried out, whilst maintaining the full audit history of your previous surveys, as well as survey records. AMS Manager supports the storage of air monitoring records, bulk sample results, asbestos removal records, clearance certificates, non accessible areas, surveyor recommended actions, survey notes and more.

You are able to link a wide range of graphical objects to a property or elements within the property in AMS Manager. These include CAD drawings, digital photos, scanned images and floor plans. AMS Manager has a powerful CAD facility enabling the viewing and manipulation of multi layered CAD drawings.

AMS Manager is a fully configurable application allowing you to quickly and easily customise the system to your requirements and terminology. The changes include field labels, drop down lists, mandatory field flags, risk weightings, risk assessment equation and more.

AMS Manager has a comprehensive action management facility allowing you to plan, schedule, record, monitor and update the progress of any remedial work. To help you budget for the work, a cost estimation facility will calculate the cost of the remedial action based on pre-defined action costing tables.

Using AMS Manager you will have access to several standard reports designed to offer both overview and detailed information on various aspects of asbestos management. Simple user defined ad-hoc reports can also be generated using the powerful AMS Manager query builder facility.
