Expert Delivery of Sustainable Regeneration (EDSR)

AcePSI are pleased to announce a new partnership with EDSR, a leading provider of remediation services for contaminated land and brownfield sites. EDSR are innovators and specialists in remediation technologies, understanding the legislative and commercial need to utilise the most appropriate suite of technologies dependant on contaminants, materials, volumes and timescales.

Undertaking projects across the UK and mainland Europe, EDSR have worked on a wide variety of former industrial sites which include landfill sites, chemical and agro-chemical works, refineries, and gas works. EDSR also have an in-depth understanding of the complex regulatory landscape and liaise with all levels of government and other regulatory bodies on behalf of their clients, such as DEFRA, the Environment Agency, and Local Authorities.

EDSR, much like AcePSI, are pioneers in new technologies and are often the first contractor to successfully use technological processes in delivering large scale projects. With many land contaminations suffering from asbestos related issues a partnership is an obvious way forward in providing the best possible remediation services. AcePSI's 35 years of asbestos management and software experience will supplement EDSR's own project management expertise and provide clients with what we hope to be an even more comprehensive service.

Advanced Safety Applications & Procedures (aSap Ltd)

AcePSI is in partnership with aSap Ltd, to provide a fully qualified and certified independent assessor for all your energy certification needs. This involves providing qualified staff and accredited experts to provide both Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Display Energy Certificates (DEC) for non domestic buildings in order to improve the energy performance of your building(s).

Through AcePSI, Energy Performance and Display Energy Certificates are both available to ensure compliance with the European Parliaments Energy Performance of Buildings Directive(EPBD). According to this directive:

  • An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be produced whenever a building is sold, constructed or rented out. The EPC shows the energy efficiency of a property and includes recommendations on how it can be improved.

  • A Display Energy Certificate (DEC) must be produced every year for public buildings larger than 1,000m². The DEC shows the actual running costs of the building and must be displayed in a prominent place.
